With an educational background from Frederikshavn Business School in Denmark, Mr. Lasse Welle joined the offshore business as a Roustabout at Maersk Contractors (Present day: Maersk Drilling) Mr. Lasse Welle is today the Owner and General Manager of Scandinavian Operator Service A/S.

On April the 8th, 2008 Mr. Lasse Welle, was nominated by the Danish Energy Authority as country representative in OMHEC. Other distinct accomplishments is seen thorough the approval as G5 assessor / censor under the Norwegian KOSAR.
